Completely renovated and redesigned in 2008 by D. A. Weibring and Steve Wolfard, The Course at the Wichita Falls Country Club is truly a Texas gem. Weibring & Wolfard are known for member-friendly, yet challenging layouts with good drainage and water efficiency. The result is 18 unique holes that intuitively meander through beautiful parkland terrain—winding around stately oaks, elms, and pecan trees.
Bermuda grass fairways and 007 Bentgrass greens make for premier playing surfaces. Players of all skill levels will enjoy the variety of challenging shots while utilizing every club in their bag and creatively calculating strategy as they play.
A short hole, but two really good shots needed here. Play your tee shot either short, long or left of the large pecan tree guarding the right side of the fairway. The green has four sections and a precise iron shot is required.
